Childcare and You 2025

Do you have a young child or are expecting a baby?

We would like to hear your views on childcare and how you are (or planning) to access it. 

As you will have heard the government is making changes and expanding the amount of funded hours for childcare for early years children that families can access. This will help families by reducing the cost for them and allow them to take more hours if they choose. 

However we want to make sure that families are able to access childcare when and where they want to and we are aware that in some areas a lack of childcare can make it difficult for families.

This survey will take no more than 10 minutes to complete and will help us to make decisions as an authority about how we ensure the childcare market is supporting families the way they need it. The survey is aimed at parents of children aged 0-5 and those who are expecting a baby.
